LocalSingles Child Safety Standards and CSAE Prevention Policy

Last Updated: October 2026

LocalSingles is committed to protecting children and preventing the misuse of our services for child sexual abuse and exploitation. This policy describes our public standards, reporting channels, enforcement practices, and approach to child safety.

LocalSingles strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We have zero tolerance for any content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.

1. Scope and Eligibility

This policy applies to every LocalSingles user and to all content, communications, profiles, account activity, links, and interactions created, shared, transmitted, or facilitated through LocalSingles.

LocalSingles is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. Minors may not create or use an account. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that the account is operated by or on behalf of a minor, or that false age information has been provided.

2. Definitions

Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) includes content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a person under 18. It includes, without limitation, grooming, sexual solicitation, sextortion, trafficking for sexual purposes, sexualization of minors, and attempts to facilitate or benefit from such conduct.

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) means any visual depiction—including photos, videos, live streams, illustrations, altered media, or computer-generated imagery—of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct, as defined by applicable law.

3. Prohibited Content and Conduct

4. How to Report a Child Safety Concern

If you encounter suspected CSAE, CSAM, grooming, or another child safety risk on LocalSingles, you can submit a report through either of the following in-app routes:

Option 1: Report from a user's profile

  1. Open the profile of the user you want to report.
  2. Tap the three-dot (…) menu in the upper-right corner of the profile.
  3. Select Report from the menu.
  4. Choose Child safety or sexual exploitation as the reason, then follow the on-screen steps to submit your report.

Option 2: Use Report a Child Safety Concern in the My tab

  1. Open the My tab in LocalSingles.
  2. Tap Report a Child Safety Concern.
  3. Select Child safety or sexual exploitation, then follow the on-screen steps to submit your report.

Both reporting routes are available within the app, so you can submit a report without leaving LocalSingles.

The profile menu also offers a separate Block option if you want to prevent further contact with that user.

You may also report a child safety concern by emailing our designated Child Safety Point of Contact at pixgamming0@gmail.com.

Please provide the relevant username, profile, content, date, and a description of the concern where it is safe and lawful to do so. Do not download, copy, forward, or redistribute suspected CSAM in order to report it. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or emergency services without delay.

5. Review, Enforcement, and CSAM Response

LocalSingles reviews child safety reports and suspected violations as promptly as reasonably possible. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may:

We do not return suspected CSAM to a reporting user or otherwise redistribute it. Access to reports and related information is limited to personnel or service providers who need it for safety, moderation, legal compliance, or investigation purposes, subject to applicable laP1+r4632=1B5B32347E\P0+r2531\P0+r2638\P1+r6B62=7F\P0+r6B49\P1+r6B44=1B5B337E\P1+r6B68=1B4F48\P1+r4037=1B4F46\P1+r6B50=1B5B357E\P1+r6B4E=1B5B367E\w.

6. Prevention and Safety Measures

LocalSingles uses safety measures appropriate to the service, which may include age-related access controls, user reporting tools, content and account review, automated signals, human moderation, account restrictions, and repeat-offender controls. We periodically review these measures and this policy to respond to changing risks, legal obligations, and industry practices.

7. Compliance with Child Safety Laws

LocalSingles complies with applicable child safety, mandatory reporting, preservation, privacy, and data protection laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate. Where required by law, we report apparent CSAM or other suspected child exploitation to the appropriate authorities or designated reporting bodies.
